The ART OF LISA BAYER

Lapalme Magazine is always trying to find new inventive ways to educate and inspire our readers. Instagram, as many of us know has become a source for all things aesthetic. While scrolling through I came across my new insta-find, the fab­ulous illustrations of Lisa Bayer.

On the surface, her work almost feels child-like, but as you continue to gaze the work speaks volumes and with depth. Her color choices are restrained yet sophisti­cated. Exaggerated eyes are a key stylistic component in her work.

We had the most wonderful conversation, and I made my holiday request, would she do a series of illustrations that reflected the hottest beauty campaigns of the season.
