Miami Art Week 2025

The Definitive Survival Guide

TRUST ME, THIS IS HOW MIAMI DOES ART WEEK

Every December Miami wakes up flips her hair and decides she is going to be extra. That is when you know it is Miami Art Week.

Murals start popping up faster than new Pilates studios.
Everyone suddenly becomes an art consultant.
Wynwood lines look like a Bad Bunny presale.
Your group chat is already fighting over where to park and the week has not even started.

If this is your first Miami Art Week breathe.
If you are a returning veteran hydrate.
If you are a local you already know exactly what you are about to walk into.

Stick with me. I am walking you through where to go what to see and how not to get swallowed whole by the 305 during the most chaotic beautiful sweaty glamorous week of the year.

Welcome to Miami Art Week.

DOWNTOWN IS FLEXING FOR REAL

(Wear sunscreen. Wipe your iPhone lens. Your CapCut edits will thank you.)

Downtown is in its renaissance era. Chic. Gritty. Artistic. Finally getting the respect it deserves.

The center of gravity is Downtown Miami Art Week across Aura Copeland’s trio of galleries on East Flagler Street from December 1 to December 7.
This is intimate Miami. No beach gloss. No influencer chaos. Just art and atmosphere.

Wynwood is not a neighborhood this week. It is a frequency. Loud colorful sweaty and absolutely in your face. The murals feel like they are still drying and every corner wants to be photographed.
