Dita Von Teese knows red lipstick. So it’s only natural the burlesque queen would join forces with MAC beauty to create “the perfect red lipstick”.
The lipstick is set to release online on Dec. 9th. Rita is no stranger to MAC as she’s starred in Mac’s Viva Glam VI campaign in 2006 & 2007. “Dita epitomizes feminity, beauty, and sexuality” said Mac Senior Vice President / Group Creative Director James Gager.
The collaboration was inspired by Dita’s new book Your Beauty Mark coming out December 1, 2015. As women we want to feel strong and beautiful. “The shade Von Teese evokes glamour and confidence”, said Dita. The blue based red hue will feature a beautiful matte finish and it launches December 9, 2015. Wether you are a makeup artist or consumer this red will be a saught after shade to have; and how exciting it’s for purchase just time for the holidays!
